Minion Party Poppers

Here are some awesome party poppers my daughter Alicia and niece Bryanna (ba-na-nah) made.  These are a great New Year's Party craft or Minion/Despicable Me party theme favors. How adorable are they?

Supplies:

.yellow balloons

.colored construction paper

.black marker

.toilet paper tubes cut to size

.glue

.scissors

Directions:

.cut, paste, decorate!

Use:

.for pretty

.or hold them upside down and put in some confetti and pull the balloon top and watch the confetti fly!
