Merry Christmas

We recently went to eat at Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix. They decorated each room beautifully. All the detail and the architecture was awesome. The food was good, too! Lots of fish, but I just ate the cow.

Jump, Jump!!!

I was practicing with action shots. The girls loved it. They wanted to see their pictures after each jump!

Our Temporary Home

Here is where we have been calling home for the last couple of months. It is my father's house. He has been kind enough to let us stay here while he is out of town on business. We have been driving the suburban around while a mechanic works on our AC in our little car. The girls love the 3rd row!!! The other SUV is my brother's. He let us use it so we can have two vehicles. Blessed!!!!

If you could have seen the background in this shot you would be amazed. Huge mountains with snow on top! Just beautiful. Too bad I had to rip my jeans getting this one laying in the middle of the street!

Okay. I'm back. Had to play with new camera, go on vacation, go to Youth Camp and now we are getting ready for VBS. Here are some pictures I took in Telluride. It was hard not to get a good picture with the setting there! The sleeping one is actually here in AZ. Enjoy!

Little Old Me

Here we are in the waiting room at a nearby hospital. This is just to show you I really do like taking pictures anywhere I go! This lobby had HUGE windows which made the lighting fabulous.

Established Name Boards

I always see these "Established" name boards so I made them as gifts one year. They are great! There are two different options when making these. One of these I used vinyl letters. The other I painted the letters. I like the painted letters the best. I think over time they will look good because they will age with the wood and peel with the paint. The painted ones were fun to make, too.

The Letter C

This is a fun little project to do with just about anything. You just decoupage (Mod Podge) your favorite color tissue paper onto a letter! I painted the base the same color because the tissue paper is sheer. Several coats of Mod Podge was required.

From a 2 year olds Perspective

Well, here I am. I find it fitting to introduce myself through my 2 year old's point of view. Here are her first pictures of her Mommy. She took them all by herself. I don't have many pictures of myself at all being the photographer. I actually had a request for a picture of me for a photo tutorial I wrote. I took the kids out to a grassy area and we shot away. Me and them. Them and me. These really do describe me though. Silly, goofy and in love with my kids!
