Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Preparing for Thanksgiving is so fun especially when you have a husband who loves to eat! He's not picky so we are having EVERYTHING!

There are many things I am thankful for this year. Just to name a few:

  • God and His creation
  • My husband who works so hard for us
  • My 3 girls who never cease to give me joy
  • My extended family who still likes me
  • My friends and their never ending patience
Hope you and your family have a great week with whatever you have planned.

I'll leave you with this cutie!

wedding, wedDING, WEDDING!!!!!

We had a great time in Belen, NM for Robyn (my sister) and Robert's wedding. It was a beautiful day and R & R make for a great bride and groom. I thought Robyn might be Bridezilla, but she turned out to be a Princess. They are both so laid back and enjoy anything outdoorsy, especially fishing. They made it easy to be a photographer---especially Robert's family, stopping for a smile every time they saw me! It was hard to narrow it down so I didn't. Here's all 2000 pictures.....or, just about!

It rained. It was sunny. It was perfect!

Only in NM do we put kids in grocery carts on the dance floor. It makes for wicked entertainment.

Okay, we'll play along with you. As long as no one gets hurt. It's what they said.

Old Pictures and a Contest

Old pictures are so fascinating to me. They hold so much more information that current pictures ever will. Here is my dad and his siblings back in the day. They are in front of my grandparent's house which I spent many days in. My dad is so cool. I could look at old pictures all day long. I like looking at other people's old black and whites on their blogs, too.

I love blogging even though I don't as much as a should. Know what I love as much as blogging? Reading other people's blogs. I've learned so much from so many. One blog I read is having a great giveaway you have to go enter. You can win a free photo session. Enter at Blue Lily Photography. But, if you win and I don't, I'll be mad, I mean, happy for you!!!

I'll probably look at you a little like this:
